Brad Richie
PT DPT OCS Cert-MDT
Brad graduated summa cum laude from Thomas Jefferson University with a doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 and has spent the majority of his career treating patients in center city Philadelphia.
Since becoming a physical therapist, Brad has developed special interests in treating patients with spine pain, running injuries, weight lifting injuries and return to sport training. He has further progressed his professional education with receiving certification in the McKenzie Method in 2017 and became a board certified orthopedic specialist in 2019. In addition to his advanced credentials, he has also completed coursework and training in Blood Flow Restriction Training, RunDNA running gait analysis, Selected Functional Movement Assessment and the Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization. Brad believes in creating a balanced and blended approach of evidence-based treatment to create individualized care plans for all of his patients in order to help everyone reach their goals.
In his spare time Brad can be found spending time in various Fishtown parks with his son and is an avid reader. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and tries to spend 2-3 weeks a year abroad and loves to hear about your travel experiences!
Morgan Kniesche
PT DPT
Morgan earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston. During her undergraduate studies, Morgan had the opportunity to live in London, UK, where she took courses on school and clinical service delivery for children in both the UK and the USA. This experience sparked her passion for working with the public and it was here that she developed an appreciation for the collaborative, interdisciplinary care between physical therapists and behavioral therapists, which inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Throughout her clinical rotations, Morgan concentrated on orthopedic rehabilitation, gaining hands-on experience with diverse patient populations. She helped individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life, emphasizing an individualized approach that incorporates evidence-based practices. Morgan is committed to designing treatment plans that empower her clients to achieve their wellness goals.
Outside of her professional life, Morgan enjoys rollerblading along the Schuylkill River Trail, exploring museums, and trying new restaurants with her husband.
Naomi Goodman
PT DPT, MPH | Pelvic Health Specialist
Naomi Goodman (she/her) has over ten years of experience as an epidemiologist and healthcare researcher. Inspired by the growing body of research supporting physical therapy for rehabilitation, she returned to school and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions.
Naomi is deeply passionate about pelvic health and offers specialized care to patients of all genders. Her areas of expertise include the treatment of bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual health concerns, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related conditions, and rehabilitation before and after gender-affirming surgery.
In addition to her clinical work, Naomi is an aerialist and yoga practitioner. She enjoys working with circus artists and yogis of all levels, helping them enhance their practice and achieve their movement goals.
